外国议员眼中的中国式现代化｜萨摩亚国会议长：广东的基建规模、交通体系、创新驱动发展给我留下深刻印象

　　由萨摩亚、库克群岛、基里巴斯、瑙鲁、纽埃、巴布亚新几内亚、所罗门群岛、斐济等8个国家的议员和议会官员日前到访广东。

　　在珠海，代表团参观了格力电器总部、港珠澳大桥等地。萨摩亚国会议长奥阿帕乌·莫利波拉表示，广东省的基建规模、高效交通体系、创新驱动发展模式给他留下了深刻印象。他期待广东与萨摩亚未来能够进一步拓展合作，在多个领域探索新机遇。

　　A delegation of lawmakers and parliamentary officials from eight countries - Samoa, the Cook Islands, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, and Fiji - recently visited Guangdong.

　　In Zhuhai, the delegation toured the headquarters of Gree and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Auuapaau Mulipola Aloitafua Mulipola, speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Samoa, said that Guangdong’s vast infrastructure, efficient transportation system, and innovation-driven development model had made a strong impression on him. He expressed hope that Guangdong and Samoa will further expand cooperation and explore new opportunities across multiple fields in the future.
